I really wander why he doesn't know English when it can give him a larger base of users for his app and it makes learning coding so much easier. (ノ≧∇≦)ノ

    He doesn't have the certificate (probably a proficience test), It doesn't mean he doesn't know English.

I have read so many manga* i couldn't keep track of them without a list anymore, and i hope to find new and interesting ones as well. :D
My favorite manga is Koimonogatari by Tagura Tohru. I am in love with realistic plots and happy endings. <3
*in my case, when i mean manga I am referring mostly to yaoi/bl manga
