First long comment on here. You know the husband may be kind and support her, but that’s not all a marriage or any romantic relationship requires to last. Him hanging out with, and getting hard after his ex-girlfriend kissed him made me completely hate him. Even if you realize what you did was wrong, you still lack all communication with your wife and still didn’t tell her about the incident or who the “friend” was.

How realistic this story is pissed me off so much because as a young married woman shit like this can happen at anytime and it’s scary. Especially when you know you’ve always been faithful to your love and have not once wavered. She may have felt that the attention from that young man was nice but she knew it was wrong to feel that way and put and to it in a polite way. He still hasn’t even told that lady that they shouldn’t meet up anymore and that what she did was not okay. I truly can’t wait to see what happens next and I hope that her and the young guy find some happy ending even if not with each other. The other two can go to hell. (︶︿︶)＝凸

So for those who was rooting for other male leads aside from the crown prince, here's the reason why Penelope made the right decision of choosing him in the end.

Penelope didn't choose Eclise not just because he betrayed her in the end, but on the early stages (which was a bit hinted on most of the recent chapters now), she actually noticed that Eclise' favorability meter is rising too quickly and it made her concerned cause she's in the "hard" mode of the game and she knew that something is wrong with how easy she could make his favorability meter rise. Later on, it will become more concerning for her when the color of Eclise' favorability meter changes from red to a more darker shade of almost purple and since red is similar to like love, the color red becoming more darker for her is dangerous. And besides, Eclise is the one who would bring Yvonne back to the mansion so, nope.

Reynold is totally out of the list since she would actually consider him like an annoying but caring brother later on.

Derrick is a very lost cause. Right at the very end of this hunt, Penelope would be accused of trying to assassinate the Crown Prince and this bastard would only speak of how everything Penelope does tarnishes the reputation of their family. Hell, both the Duke and Reynold knows that Penelope didn't do anything wrong but Derrick tries to persuade her to plead guilty to the accusation of assassinating the Crown Prince just so she could get off with a "lighter" punishment (or in other words, so she could not drag the reputation of their family down anymore)

Vinter is good. He genuinely fell in love with Penelope but his realization was a little too late since Penelope was more inclined on the Crown Prince when he confessed to her. But it was also for the better since its his fault why Penelope dies again and again on every timeline Vinter resets.

So in the end, Callisto is the better choice. Sure, he is a bit too cautious, cruel and intimidating on the beginning. Penelope even rejected his first confession since she believes that he isn't still seeing her as his equal partner but he would eventually realize just how precious she is for him when she almost dies. And believe me, he would do anything just for her. So, Callisto the best boi.

So I think I have to post this to clear up some things.

Please don't think of Penelope as the villainess woman figure like Aria from The Villainess Reverses The Hourglass. Just stop. Penelope is a much more complex character. Sure she's selfish for using Eclise and cruel for throwing him away just like that but I'll just remind you that Eclise knew right from the beginning that she was planning on using him and willingly let her use him. Sure she gaslighted him into thinking that she only has him but he is a grown adult and his obsession of her that became his downfall is his own doing. Penelope's situation is much more scarier and complicated from her perspective, but it's the product of the events that she was forced to undergo.

I'm not defending her actions nor the choices she have made that only resulted in bad consequences but it was just so funny to me when people are so quick to say how she basically drove Eclise to obsession and manipulated him even though it was basically implied on the story that Eclise knew about her intentions right from the start but willingly allowed (and forced!) her to use him anyway.

Ok I love Tachibana, he's a real gentleman but it bugs me that he isn't even trying to tell Toyohara that she's his fated mate. He definitely knows and he realized that FL is confused why the medicine isn't working at all, which gives her immense stress too.

Now to Toyohara, I like her too, she's cute but she is dumb af, sorry for calling her that but HOW MANY times did those betas tell her that her chef is an alpha and when Oni-what-was-his-name told her THE BOSS is giving her a ride she still didn't realize that?

Same with her childhoodfriend aka doctor. I understand it is uncomfortable to talk with your childhoodfriend about sexual stuff but he did tell her about fated mates and that the medicine won't work with them so WHY did she lie and didn't tell him that Tachibana was always present when her heat acted up?

Can someone please explain that to me cause I'm not able to understand that woman at all.

spoilers i’m going over: gallahan’s disease, perez’s life style, lombardy’s true power, how they cured gallahan’s disease, vestian’s (shanannet’s ugly husband lmfao) true colors





honestly tia is my favorite fl. coupled with perez they are a crazy power duo. i’m reading the novel right now and i’m super proud of gallahan winning the medal at the banquet. also the way rulac challenged angenas when they tried to steal gallahan’s ready to wear boutique store. reading the way the angenas were shaken up by rulac after gallahan got better was so so fucking cool. man bombarded into the meeting (he was once the chairman of!) and bullied the angenas head that no one in the meeting could side with him. hilarious.

anyways, this timeline is quite different from the previous timeline. i appreciate perez’s involvement in curing gallahan too. turns out rulac is Perez’s supporter and guardian. Perez also gets his own palace because rulac stormed into the emperor’s office after hearing his condition and made a somewhat fool out of the emperor. empress was so mad. the emperor basically ignores his children, but he HATES how the angenas family is growing stronger every day. perez was previously under the empress’s care, but then the emperor gave the authority to rulac. he knows he cannot challenge lombardy even if he is the emperor. i remember in the novel they described rulac as just sitting in the emperor’s office sit waiting for him to come back. that’s the power of lombardy for ya.

when it comes to gallahan’s cure, tia sent a letter to estira, when she heard of gallahan’s condition, she came back of course. she developed a cure but it was only 50% effective. she was missing one ingredient. funny thing is, perez and tia have been sending letters ever since rulac announced to the emperor he wanted to be perez’s guardian. it’s a secret between them :) they were talking about this flower that only grows in the south, and funny thing, it’s the same flower that’s used to cure gallahan. perez knew tia was sad, and while tia was in a bad mood because she was forced to ply with perez while her dad was lying sickly in bed, turns out perez spent time looking for books on gallahan’s disease and picked out all sorts of medicine books for tia. it made tia so happy. when she found out the flower they needed was the flower perez was talking about, perez literally ran away from his palace without any guards or maids just to go give it to tia. he’s so whipped. except rulac made it so clear he didn’t want perez liking his granddaughter (づ￣ ³￣)づ

i’m going to jump a bit to Vestian, shanannet’s husband and the twins father. he’s a total scumbag. cheated on shanannet, never loved her to begin with. he doesn’t deserve her. continuously pestered tia’s paternal grandmother’s sister in law (natalia’s sister, natalia was rulac’s wife, tia’s grandma who is dead) to sell a mine to him. basically embezzled a shit ton of money. i reallt admire shanannet but i feel bad she was totally unaware. fortunately, they divorced, but vestian had the fucking audacity to bring his secret lover (his childhood friend he liked before he was arranged marriage to shanannet) to a banquet, wearing shanannet’s necklace that belonged to her MOTHER. how low can you get? first you cheat and then steal one of the remaining jewelry of your ex dead mother in law? i hate him so much. fortunately tia made a way for the lover to be shown in from of rulac, and he made a whole scene about it, asking her where she got the necklace from. humiliation against a cheating bastard and a women who knew her lover was married is so amusing.

that’s probably all the spoilers i have for the novel. very good book imo, i honestly love their family bonds, but i’m a bit biased towards shanannet. she deserves a better husband （￣へ￣）

Am I the only one who likes likes them as a couple but the same time doesn’t really understand like I don’t know how to explain it it’s like I like them together but I feel like they should hold off on that because this is a revenge story I understand like he’s a part of her revenge but I don’t know why I feel like the timing of him coming was so unnecessary

Dion's definitely a psychopath; his mentality is twisted as f*** if not complete ruined from years of trying to survive in that dysfunctional family with a cruel psychotic mother and slaving under his also psychotic and tyrannical father. After reading the spoiler though I find him really pitiful. I don't think he will end up with anyone; that's not the kind of damage a romantic relationship can fix. Irl people like him would have to live with the aftermath (maybe recover little by little if they are mentally strong). If he sides with Roxanna though it means he's on the "good" side, so I hope he finds salvation somehow.
Also I simp so hard for Roxanna that any man looks like an ornamental plant next to her lol. If she's going to be with Cassis I wish she'd go full femme fatale 'cuz that would be steamy and dreamy.

I'm not mad at the FL for owning her sexuality...but sleeping with your bf is not the move if you're going through your hoe phase. That's someone who will have emotional ties and that a really good way to loose a good friend. Now if it was one of his friends, cousin, someone in his major cool but not him. Ppl are saying well she doesn't have to like him back, true but why put a friend in a situationship knowing you don't like them like that.

For a manhwa with such a cute title, this story is kind of brutal. Like, nearly Game of Thrones brutal. Getting the backstory of Ditrian's brother and how brutally he was murdered was incredibly rough to read about, and despite how the violence isn't being explicitly shown, there's enough veiled imagery to make this kind of hard to read. I was honestly not expecting this story to be as harsh as it is, and honestly I don't really want to keep reading it.

But both are also dense and slow af. Also Minus more points for Winter bcs he refuses to talk.

BUT LET'S BE REAL ASH IS THE REAL ASS. IF HE DIDNT LIE HIS SISTER WOULDNT THINK THAT SHE IS A BURDEN AND WINTER WOULDN'T HAVE TO WORK HIS ASS OFF TO GIVE HIS WIFE A LUXURIOUS LIFE (even though she didn't ask)

I understand that people hates Winter for the things he did, I did despise him for the first few chapters too, but again all his life he knows no more than how to earn money and how that money is the one thing that keeps him living. They both just wanna do the best for each other but many miscommunications arise because their background is different and they believed that they are different.

This is why I like reading stories. It makes me aware that not everyone grow up the same and not everyone have the same background. Everyone has pain but not every pain is the same. Since I'm aware of this, hopefully in real life I could avoid miscommunications with my future SO, or I could avoid doing accidental gaslight. These stories teaches me to put myself in the other person's shoe first before saying anything. I might not be perfect myself, but being aware is not gonna hurt anyone.

Reading this chapter Made me feel like I'm lacking iron or smth, is earth doing backflips and gymnastics? Nice efforts and all, the translations aren't bad as well. But damn, the quality made me feel like I'm reading this while maintaining the human bridge stretch lol.

This was actually the best one so far. The artstyle? 5 star The characters? Fucking hilarious. The main character's personality out of this world, not typical in any way at all. Unpredictable. The storyline? 6/5 unfolded naturally and nothing felt forced. I thought this was gonna be like where she'll get the attention of all the ml and turn to some reverse manhwa, not at all. Tho Ibelin at the end didn't felt right to me but honestly her circumstances we're true. Not cringey bla bla if you compare the dialogues to ehem others. Just a little disappointed it ended quickly huhu im inlove with arwin wtf i love them so much.

I know she’ll end up with someone but I really want her to be a mc that just dominates the Agriche’s and becomes the head. Also that she will be that girl that doesn’t need a man (⌒▽⌒)

the duke is legitimately so irritating... why would you go and have sex w her wearing a mask when you didnt make any effort to satisfy her during all your years of marriage but the second she wants to see other ppl you decide "oh nows the tims im gonna start thinking abt her pleasure" and meanwhile he embarrasses her in public (having her sit separately at a lowly seat while a concubine or something is in the ducchess seat) but still gets jealous when he sees her just talking to that cute knight boy?? i rlly hope this story is abt how the ducchess learns to love herself and get some good dick that ISNT the dukes bc hes so icky
