This one feels like it was based on a book but it wasn’t. It’s not gonna be everyone’s cup of tea but I liked it a lot. It’s a thriller/dark romance story. I liked how realistic it felt- homophobia plays a huge role in it. But I also like how it chose to include the queer community as part of the narrative against the homophobia in the story, s because often, in BL stories, the “fight against homophobia” or the characters never include a queer community, just a few characters.
