So far reading through these comments, I've seen people say that Siwoon knows the true nature of Run, and I'm like... Yeah, he does, but he also has no idea what this guy actually looks like in the context of the story.
Only Jinha knows what he looks like, and so when the guy shows up using a different name, he isn't going to immediately suspect that the new guy is the one trying to ruin his budding romantic relationship.
From his perspective, Sun is just some guy from Jinha's past who is new and is lonely and looking for friends. Jinha is super aggressive, and going from history with Jinha's reactions to others around Siwon, I'm not surprised he thought he was just being ultra jealous.
Jinha never told Siwon about who he was, because if he had, I doubt that Siwon would've been so friendly.
Him being afraid of being outed, isn't a question about his feelings for Jiha (which Jiha and a lot of people reading this seem to have a misconception about). From the many manwha/manga, I've read, along with real life facts, homosexuality isn't something that is completely accepted. Nor would someone just be "okay" about their private life being outed to a likely less than understanding public.
I believe that Siwon loves Jinha, but the asian community is real big on public image. The smallest thing could get someone ostracized, and having pictures posted of one guy kissing another is definitely something that would start something like that.
I think some of ya'll need to take off your fujoshi glasses and see things from the perspective of someone who loves someone despite how society would see it, but also is fearing the reaction that society has towards these feelings they can't control. Especially when it's thrown out there before they are ready for it to be in the open.
