Literal God's Manga

It's terrible in the way that I know I'm still going to read it cover to cover.

The art is gorgeous, and it looked promising.
Unfortunately, it has a dynamic I hate. Where the seme forces the uke to comply with their wants and the uke is just kind of pathetic and weak with no power in the relationship.

MC gets isekai'd into the first wife of the ml from a novel who died after being used as a human poison by her father.

The mc's brother gifts her a slime (the ml) and the story starts to change.

I'm a sucker for a simp ml. The fl is nice, but not saintly, which saves her from being irritating. The story has some good quirks I like. But overall, it's uncomplicated fluff for when you need that.

I'm not sure if it's just that chapters have been replaced, but I've been noticing lately that a lot of manga in this genre have been getting comments about poor translations unjustly. The translation isn't that bad. it's very readable and far from the awful translations you see from the MTL's on other isekai. So if that's holding you back, give this a go and see how it is for you.

Translation is poor.
Plot isn't written as engaging. I think the mistake was nurturing a contrived romance. Should have just stuck with divorce and living happily. But then again they rushed every other part of this plot so maybe it was hopeless from the start.

I just want to see the end because it's rare to find an isekai where they don't force the fl to stay in the marriage she started with.
