The way I see it, I think it's about the Aunt. I'm not sure if she was there to change Luca's fate or to change the genre entirely of romance? Also, Luca has little appearance so I think the story truly only revolves around Judith the reincarnator and the choices she makes to change the story all through out.

I'm not sure, and I can't ask in their discord since it a rule not to mention any aggregator site or face server ban. But I'm sure they said no.
People treat Mangago as a playground to just upload however they want ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
Because it doesn't go through a process or limits people from uploading, that's why you have people going on a rampage here
