Stories like this just fuels the "It's not that I'm afraid of marriage, it's what if the person I married is not I thought they were". People be cheating, living double lives, hiding their true selves while being "loving and normal" around their families. Scary tbh

I love speedruns like this. Honestly it moves so fast but it's so satisfying that nothing is getting dragged out loo

If this was me, I would have gotten Bad Ends all year round looking at how I would have answered those options without looking at them

Me: I be winning all of my endings. Sorry to hear you would be getting the bad endings all year long... Σ(っ°Д °;)っ

If that sister uses that description to pretend she's Paula in any shape or form just to have that evil sister arc, I'm gonna lose my mind and drop this in a beat lol

I remember how much I cried on that one arc in FairyTail where they disappeared for 7 years. And I can't imagine how painful it is to wait for someone you haven't have any idea would return. And how painful it is also for the person who was waited on to glimpse at the hardships others experienced for them.

But she's like that saintess in which I think Alice is the "villainess". Who keeps saying violence is not the answer when in fact they are not the ones in immediate danger. "But you did not die right?"

Every now and then I remember Alistea's reason for his naming everything in the territory and I can only imagine how much hurt that feels

I feel like this manhwa tried to give the readers the "satisfying feeling of revenge when Reeze gets caught". Given that not sure if I remember it correctly but in the novel, she was never really caught. Edith was kind enough to forgive her and give her a warning. But at the epilogue, it was Reeze that brought upon her own downfall because she never got satisfied and decided to show her true colors. It was only then did everyone that favored her suffered the pain of not realizing how good of a woman Edith is at all.

I honestly don't know where this will go now. It might probably stay the same as the epilogue but makes little sense.

I haven’t read the novel but it make even littler sense to me that Reese no longer have control over the mind of the people around her, that the people around her wouldn’t realize what she has done like they are all powerful and intelligent people so for her to get away with it until she show her true color is kinda wild to me bc you can tell she has been showing them for a while and the side characters with that were less manipulated realized that right away

The novel and the manhwa are different in this part however i actually liked both the novel AND manhwa. I just think of it as a treat, having 2 different endings!

Yeah the Lize/Reeze won't be punished until the side stories which kinda pissed me off LOL she still got married to Clive, gotten all the luxuries, over the top parties and being a hoe. And even when she was caught, she was only thrown into a monastery where, there was line in the novel, that i feel like she's gotten her peace and acceptance and I didn't like it! I wanted her to regret and regret to no end! (I know bash me for being petty and unforgiving im not like this to real people, i swear)

im not sure if im remembering the "peace and acceptance" part i could've remembered a different novel, but oh well.

i think the novel has more uniformity than this manhwa in terms of reeze's motivations and punishment. the author was able to become reeze bc she's obsessive and cuckoo for love and attention. reeze wasn't satisfied with her own ending that she sought different ediths that could make her own character have a sweeter ending. reeze was forgiven by edith in one way or another and was given the chance to 'redeem' herself and yet she still fucked that up in the end.

time and time again, reeze's downfall was because of her own greed, selfishness, and her inability to be satisfied. her own punishment was being herself and i think that makes so much sense for someone as vain as her.
