You can really see a lot of changes between season 1 and 2 and its so inspiring to see how much has changed. So many tears has been shed because of this series and im happy i found it. I do that too! Either “holding” my hand or hugging a pillow. It’s kinda comforting, it also helps me calm down a lot when i hmm panic. But I see how that could sound weird to other people haha
