Yeah so in this universe anyone can get pregnant. Omega’s have the highest rates of fertility and produce the least amount of sperm. Betas are the middle ground and I would say about as fertile and produce the same amount of spent as a normal person like us. Alphas are the least fertile and produce the most amount of sperm. At least that’s what I got from it. It could also be that the amount of sperm produced differs but the fertile rate is the same among all of them.
