I have the same problem and i don't understand why either, I'm perfectly fine with it in real life but for some reason reading about them or reading mangas about hetero ships just gives me an uncomfortable/disgusted reaction depending on how deep the relationship is. For example I can see a hetero couple in real life and have no reaction to it, but......
