I'm correcting this because my friend is a counselor for abused kids for 20 years. A person who became attracted to one underage person (but is not into underage people in general) and was able to come until his impulse by staying away is not considered a pedophile. Still creepy but technically not (unfortunately). Now had the ML been consistently thinking of doing sexual acts to our MC when he was young even after he separated himself, then he might be diagnosed as one. I haven't seen it yet, so I'm not counting him as one but who knows what the next chapters bring?

But the ML is still pathologically obsessive and possessive about the MC, and a little unhinged. And that's creepy...except he's good looking and rich so most are still reading the manga

yeah unfortunately that’s how it be with most bl mangas just because the ml is attractive and has money it’s all good or whatever(not condoning those behaviors). And again just differing opinions, like i am glad the author didn’t pull the childhood sexual experience bs, but imo him having those thoughts are pedophilia behaviors.(〜￣△￣)〜
