First thing that came to mind that not only is he jealous of the CPR kiss but he's also upset with himself because he's not grown up enough to not get jealous. At least that's what i felt

Umm... don't know how i felt about this. If she was eating because she's happy to be with her lover and having control etc etc would of been better but instead she was just in love with the food? She's thinking about food a lot but not her man? Would this be one of those cases where the boyfriend will be an enabler and can't say no then the gf is 600+ lbs..
