Throughout the story MC never grew balls to stand up on his own.
He did though, but not like some temperamental crazed dog usual revenge plot. I mean tbh in real life scenario ppl would just distanced someone who they find uncomfortable or hate rather than do all those revenge stuff. Too bothersome lol. The ml already regret it so it's fine.
But that's only my opinion :/

Rereading the whole thing and just found out that NPC killed Ah Zhu on purpose?? Wow that ruins it
Yea cause he want the Mc to himself and for him to only care about him only. But the Mc cares about Ah Zhu, probably sees her as his sister. That’s why he got mad him and didn’t forgive easily (compared to other mc when something similar happens to them cause of the ml). The Ml had no choice but to get rid of mc and system’s memories of this. I feel like that life happened before the author and publisher arc cause we saw a picture of the mc in that outfit even tho at the time we haven’t read the arc yet. It doesn’t make sense for there to be a picture if that hasn’t happened yet and we know this isn’t mc original life or anything cause we already saw during the Omegaverse arc that mc was ill and dying in the hospital. Also
I feel like the Ml isn’t just a glitch npc that had taken over and travels to each world with the Mc but rather the actual creator. Mc did say he was the creator’s favourite.
That was pretty ballsy of them to ask the Top Actress of the country to give up her dreams and career just to be a housewife WITHOUT her consent（￣へ￣）straight up told her they "hope" she'll be able to move in to their house and take care of her husband and kids lmaoo this is what grandpa He and uncle He (and ofc Lingwei!! I remember she rejected her in the earlier chapters) was afraid of in the first place ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
I wouldn't be mad if he'll end up with the ceo （/TДT)/ (assuming he isn't creepy lmao)
