If not very simplistic, its very stylized... Yknow, it's just those kind of BL where you dont mind any plot as long as the delivery, the atmosphere and the vibe is good. well, at least in my opinion.

An actor MC and a Deaf ML is a combo i never knew i needed. The story is very wholesome and it's a refreshing break from those spicy bls lol. The characters are also very expressive and the art is beautiful. The only thing stopping me from rating it higher is that there are still only a few chapters and that i wanted a bit more "friendship to lovers" arc before they confessed but at the same time the pacing was niceee

Okay i love luke so much that i just wanna rant like he's 10/10 from the beginning
✓ tried to be friends with the guy that punched and accused him of being a pervert (not that i blame andrew lol)
✓ wanted to hear from andrew firsthand and not from gossips.
✓And the fact that he's not actually an airhead to andrew's feelings but wanted to maintain their friendship in a wayy.
✓The man is hot, kind, feisty and talented

I love the execution of the story like it's a simple story line of a theater student MC who's struggling and meeting the supposedly-nerdy ML with a sad backstory but it's so well-written and paced that I get giggly. Even Luke (MC) is a unique character that he doesn't feel like a cut-out "uke", he's kind but a bit feisty and actually isn't an airhead lol.

The lonely death and how only one person truly grieved for the MC is heart wrenching. It's sad too since he's super nice and smart which I love to see. The sad back stories are healed by their fluffy interactions with the ML

The Alpha ML texts and flirts with the Alpha MC unknowing that it wasn't the omega he met in the bar. The story nicely shows the friendship development between the two and its mainly because of how good the ML is, always giving in to the MC. Altho i find the MC a bit pushy and insensitive, he's also straightforward so im fine with his character.
