Nah, sad that a child has to pay. But those responsible are the biological mother and the useless husband, she abandoned her and the husband was not even interested in the girl, he only used her to get the attention of his lover and threw the package at his wife who obviously pisses her off, she never mistreated her she just ignored her, ironically the two children she ignored are the most and are on her side because they know it is not their fault to have a useless and ridiculous husband XD
