This's completely stupid  who wrote this story? Probably a 5 year old kid? Mc did a Brian surgery without blood transfusion, any of his surgery have no blood transfusion? The most dumbest shit that all his surgeries done in a unsanitized locations. The most unrealistic part that people accept his questionable methods without thinking. Story does not make any sense. Also most of chapters are wrong, some chapters are missing and same chapters uploaded here with wrong numbers this's completely a mess. Stupid fucks couldn't do the job correctly

Starting was good but current progress sooo boring

Yo all those school bullies looks like 45 year old men , non of them looks like high schoolers also most of
characters behave like toddlers. Characters are dumb and cringe . Mc's sister got kidnapped almost got sexual assault and 2 times murder attempts by that pink hair bitch but MC's brain dead sister defend her attacker and hug that pink hair bitch . Is she stupid or what ? No survival instinc, not only putting her self in danger but also trying to drag mc out . Story telling bad cos most characters have no common sense, author probably a 5 year old child

Good story ruined by unnecessary romance, most horrible part the person he fell for his mother's look-alike. It gross me out . Well at least we should be thankful since author didn't make his actual mother to be his love interest..

Truth from bottom of my heart- absolutely cool story line, entertaining and enjoyable but art style really weird bro ..! I have noticed all the muscle characters have weird head, long ass chin shape sometimes thay looks like big head alien sometimes humans illustration and monsters illustrations look so same.

Boring as hell. What a waste of time

I'm not into this story but chapter 1 took me off guard! What the fuck wrong with translator's note ? " nanny look breedable" ? I guess translator's mother is breedable too since disgusting whore like person him self still alive and well shows that how breedable his mother can be. Lol
