At first I was put off by the romantic implications Setsu had with every woman in the series, nevertheless the passion and beauty expressed for the shamisen kept me captivated. Overtime my misconceptions were proven wrong, and the true quality of the characters was pulled to the forefront that I had no choice but to fall in love. My recommendation is to watch the anime for the music, and read this for the heart.
