Honestly, I think the real tension will start developing more when Tsubaki is around 12-13 since he will experience puberty. Right now they are both off of the hook to me. Tsubaki is too innocent to understand what he is actually doing, while Yuu knows the implications, which is why he is getting conscious but also knows better than to act on these feelings.
At some point they need to have a more serious convo of why this relationship has a LOT of issues. If Yuu gives in and gets sexually intimate with Tsubaki before they are both legal adults I will be VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
