Actual group assignments only work in two ways
1st the ideal: everyone shows up the first meeting work is divided everyone does separated parts one last meeting to join everybody's efforts and voila it's done
2nd the realistic: no one cares besides you and maybe another person who is your friend you put all the effort keep remembering everyone to do their part and when there's only a day for the deadline you somehow do the entire thing by yourself or the rest of the group shows up and things get done
