ML is the son of the FL father aquentance, FL father adopted him at a young age after his aquentance suggested that for him ( the reason wasn't mentioned) . He showed a good progress in studies and so on , FL ( at young age) felt jelouse of ML so she basically bullied him behind curtains , she was also reckless and had an affair with one of the mansion staff which caused her to get pregnant causing FL father to send her to the convinent (some church outside of the city/place she is from) , she had appearantly a still birth , she was kept there for 12 years . On the other hand the FL father other reason for sending her there is because he noticed that the ML had his eyes on her ( which is also another reason for sending her to the convinent place ) and is also the reason why the FL father tortured ML all the time hence his body scars , eventually the FL father had to adopt the ML fully because he has no one to give the family name to so he adopted him all while forcing him for studies and bla bla bla ( uk the nobles studies and so on ) . After the ML became adult he couldn't take the torture anymore ( during all this time he was searching for the place the FL was sent to ) he murdered the FL father ( only the servants knows about this and not all of them basically only the FL servant knows that ) . The ML murdered the FL father making the scene looks like a suicide which let the family relatives ( her uncle who took care of everything later on to send a letter to the FL letting her about the news of her father suicide ) . After that the ML became the family head and was able to locate the FL place so he sent her a letter suggesting her to come back to the mansion to which she did and that's how the story processed after .... she discovers along the way that the ML did in fact murder her father and he hate/love her ( he's twisted in mind so you could imagine what do they think these people ) and did all this just so he can locate her and get her back ending up in marrying her ( since they are not biological siblings however they got the same family name since the ML is adopted).

The story ends up at chp 7 showing the FL losing her mind completely and marries him because she can't escape at all.


The whole story is just corrupted tbh but that's how it is.
