I’ve read the Korean raws. So far there is no sign that this would be mmf. It’s a reverse harem story. Gale hates men and feels in competition with the other male lead. They’re not gonna be a threesome. The other make lead hardly even shows up, just a cameo now and then. This is definitely a gale centric story. Gale was raped and beaten regularly as a child, usually at the same time, by his step father. He is not going to get with another dude. Only dudes he’s been with were in her other comic and he was raping them because he hated them so much and because of his trauma.

I didn’t read through all your replies. It’s pretty important and relevant to this story though, so if you don’t wanna read the other comic I would suggest skimming through Gales chapters to understand his family background and relationship with his brother. It’s very disturbing though.
the translator either give the same point of view to EVERY character or should just shut up or at least stop writing in every panel how much they hate dunna and haesol, it's really tiresome reading about it, don't get me wrong they do get some point acros, but then Minho comes into scene and they turn into a complete simp, the translator is literally the haesol of Minho, it's like they act in the exact way of the characters they hate so much lol. they justify every disgusting acction minho makes and in the next panel trash the other characters.
