tbh i didnt realize until u pointed it out and while looking at the past chapters, it does look a bit different esp in the proportions on some characters. meeting those deadlines can be pretty stressful and id hate to see the art deteriorate because they were under pressure.

First few chapters have shown that mc is a masochist but has a strong character outside of play. The ml, outside of their play, was cold hearted but nice and cool. The ml was the first to be strict with boundaries and how it should be followed. Their kinks complement each other.
But following chapters, the ml gradually takes a turn. He began to want to be UNKNOWINGLY more involved with the MC. The ML will often overstep in MC's life despite it being unwanted. SOMEHOW ALSO, the MC also loses his character of being strong cuz he tolerates the behavior of ML (mc basically became a pushover), which is very icky considering that readers were interested cuz of his strong character.
Wow, what a way to ruin a good story. Kinda a shame I want me some good fucking mc im just tired of pushovers, might just read for smut before i get attached.
