only three chapters in and i’m already done. this coming from someone who’s read and was fine with that yaoi side story for true beauty. the main character is so violent and so unlikeable. ugh. they’re probably gonna give us a whole backstory about how the uke had done something to the seme in childhood and he’s now raping him as some sort of sick “revenge”.
Even if the whole ‘he falls in love, makes up for it,etc etc’, how do you overcome that past trauma ? If you get in a relationship, the anxiety, the worry, the nightmares or the paranoia ? Even with therapy, a happily-ever-after seems like a pipe dream
Real. Like someone suddenly being nice to you just because they realise how much they actually like you or how much they messed up doesn't just magically makes it ok nor does it heal the pain and trauma they left instantly.
i hope it doesn't go the way it goes like the other stories where they ended up together
