So with Souma getting First Seat, and Erina becoming headmaster, what direction can this manga go in? Souma's dad came back, Souma is the first, and Polar Star residents and allies are apart of the elite ten. Maybe we can get a back story for Souma's mom, but I don't think she was ever made too important (besides the fact she's the reason why Souma's dad regained his love of cooking).
I don't see how any more conflicts can be made since all the conflicts in the beginning and a new conflicts introduced have essentially been resolved.
Since this is a culinary manga, the next logical step is making it international, we haven't seen many cuisines from around the world. The manga has only focused in Asian (Japan, China and India mainly) and European cuisine. we're missing, latin american, african, middle eastern, cuisines as well as not mainstream European, asian, cuisines (Where're my Thai dishes!!!). Therefore I believe that sensei is going the international competition route, between schools around the world, since Erina wont be able to participate because she will be headmaster, the whole God's tongue being too OP problem will be eliminated and will add more tension to the competition.
But thats just a theory, an anime theory.... and thats a wrap!!! thanks for reading ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
I see what you did there... XD XD
It has potential but because Junk the Black Shadow lacks originality it feels flat. His father has a cheap death, and Junk did an entire 180 on his character because he saw his dad die in front of him even though his father has the power and heat of the sun, so he should have no problem in searing his wounds close with his magic. Would've been more interesting if more paladins went rogue.
The prince, though the mc's rival is already unlikeable. The magic, in general, is pretty generic. I think the creator should've worked more on the story before releasing it.
Mashiro's younger brother is a horrible person, and so are his parents. How the hell do you kick out the eldest for something he didn't do nor control. Mashiro's past boyfriends are in the wrong for hitting on the younger brother, and Akihito is in the wrong because he's actively chasing after his brother's things even after he's gone.
And poor sweet summer child Mashiro, seems to me he's only open to whatever kinks his partners have to keep their relationship purely physical so he doesn't catch feelings if his younger brother or partner pull some snake shit on him.
agree except the feelings part, i think he actually genuinely likes the guys he goes out with, and tries to appeal to them more by doing what they want him to im bed...also probably because until ch1, none of the guys could get physical with the little bro, so sex was basically what he could offer to be more appealing than the little one..
like the seme pointed out: he actually isn't into sex w/o feelings, you can tell by how hurt he his that the bullshit-bf sleeps with others etc.
Yule is both a sociopath and psychopath, his brother is legit insane, and his sister is very selfish and tries to hide it under a friendly demeanor. With every passing chapter, I dislike them more and more, especially Yule and his brother. His sister not so much, but since she wants to use Kyungsoo to make Yule more human at the expanse of Kyungsoo's happiness, sanity, and well being, she's no better either.
Yes DG is lowkey pathetic for expecting their relationship to go anywhere beyond casual sex, but y'all need to remember he has no experience with dating or sex, and his first partner was Jiwon. I'm not surprised he'd expect something from him, because all DG does is give Jiwon what he wants because he thinks that's how relationships work. Jiwon has basically assaulted/raped DG at least twice, but because DG doesn't know any better, he doesn't call him out on it. He only does, after telling his friend what happened and Chanwoo basically has to tell him it not ok.
Jiwon may have set boundaries from what their relationship was from the start, but he was breaking those boundaries first. He gets jealous/angry that BJ MD is talking to DG and takes that anger out on DG by forcing him to have very rough, painful sex. He gets drunk off his ass during the school festival and drunkly assaults/rapes DG when he brings him home.
There was a power imbalance from the beginning of their relationship that Jiwon was always taking advantage of. I understand that he was traumatized by his previous relationship with his hyung, but it gave him no right to treat DG like shit from the beginning to the end of this toxic relationship.
T R U E
DG. and yea
*DG
I can't even blame DG too much. He's naive, a little stupid and hopelessly in love. He expected things and got himself in a pinch, but in the end, it's Alex that keeps stepping on him. DG is an idiot for sticking around, but that does not excuse Alex's shitty behavior. No matter how blindly and stupidly in love DG is, Alex is treating him way too cruelly and no human being (especially a nice guy like DG) should be treated like that.
