I dont understand how the aging works in the universe since the pairings dont make sense. But guess you can draw/write whatever you want in the name of fiction
it makes enough sense that I can say at least the author tried... from my understanding, they do seem to grow up faster as well..
There weren't many real explanations so I can only infer it seems like their lifespans might be generally shorter, considering how they have more 'cat-like' health concerns..
Dan needs to stop being a physical therapist and answer his true calling in being a professor in simpery. Did a double PHd and wrote 5 dissertations on the topic because there's no sane explanation on how he fell so hard for Jaekyung. Even Jaekyung confused on how that fool caught feelings. Season 2 better be Jaekyung crying and throwing up just to taste Dan's sweat
Took the worst qualities of Jiwon and Donggyun from BJ Alex, dialed them to 100 and made Jaekyung and Dan. Dont know if its a waste to hope that their characters improve in season 2 like it did in BJ Alex, but at this point gotta keep expectations in hell.
Also seems like Dan forgot about his grandma since she hasnt been mention in a hot minute. This the 2nd story I'm reading where the side couple will be a more interesting read than the main.

He was weakened by drinking Sooin's blood for a long time but it didn't kill him. I think his vampirism (idk what to call it hehe) became fragile because of it especially when he was on the brink of death (if you'll think abt it vamps cannot die so maybe it's canon that when vampires are about to die they somehow 'regain' their humanity. idk if thay makes sense but yeah) and that's when vampire Sooin did the conversion thingy to bring Hwan (who is now human) back to life and made him his link.
Sorry for the lengthy explanation. I hope u understand it in some way. (((:
Only good characters were Charles, Emma, Josh, and Dave. Keith was terrible from the start and Yeonwoo never grew a backbone
///Spoilers in my thoughts below
The author tried to tell 5 different stories at once, the character arcs are all over the place. Every interaction with Keith and Yeonwoo got worse, Keith never learns he's a pos, and Yeonwoo goes insane. Mafia, cult, they're in America, Alphas cant mark but omegas can so where is the alpha superiority coming from? and more. All the plotlines that were thrown into the story are never fleshed out. Keith's omega father is mentioned but never actually shown. Yeonwoo has family that he didnt have the sense to go when he made his insane plan. We dont even know what Keith even those, just that he's the ceo and makes a lot of money. Everything is so shallow and surface level, Keith and Yeonwoo are basically stereotypes in character form.
I powered through the story hoping it'll get better but it lowered my expections with every chapter. I'm curious as to how this story has such a high rating as its trash from start to finish. Only redeeming qualifies is the beautifully drawn consensual sex scenes thats sprinkled in between the rape. I understand this is based of a novel and all the details arent there, but I just need to know...why does Yeonwoo never leave? He's a beautiful omega he can literally do better than Keith. Keith is a horrible person and never changes he's also very hypocritical I dont understand why Yeonwoo never thought quit his job again and just go somewhere else... Especially after marking Keith. He got his revenge(since Keith fell in love with him out of nowhere), abort the kid (or not) and go to a different country and change your name.
There is so much wrong with the story itself, but the characters arcs are down right horrendous. Keith experiences no growth. Why does he suddenly love Yeonwoo? What changed him from being a homophobic casanova to being madly in love with Yeonwoo...seemingly out of nowhere. He rapes Yeonwoo multiple times and is baffled that Yeonwoo hates him. He even brushes off the first time Yeonwoo is nearly raped and attributes it to him being an omega. The only kind thing he did was offer Yeonwoo his house for treatment, only to get Yeonwoo to continue working for him.
Yeonwoo, I was really rooting for him, but he lacks self awareness, self respect and common sense. Why is he still in love with an alpha that consistently disrespects him. Then for a half second goes insane, comes to his senses to at least rock Keith's shit but chickens out at the last minute. I do not understand why his plan was so half assed. He goes from hating Keith to loving him within the same chapter. WHY????? Keith never redeems himself.
The plot was rushed and went nowhere at the same time. How is that possible? As I said the story's saving grace is its art, as I person grew to hate both characters as the story went on and was only offered a break from both their stupidity when one of the underdeveloped side characters was introduced.
Story -500/10. The story is all over the place, there is a plot but its very convoluted and introduces to many underdeveloped plot points that confuses the reader more. The characters need to be fleshed out more as they, flip flop between 2 extremes.
Art- 1000000/10. The art is beautiful. I hope the author works on their writing skills a bit more.
Dropped this a while ago cuz it got to the point that rape was just there for pointless shock value. Just skipped to the latest chapter to see nothing has changed. This went from a revenge story to something else. Yikes
