I’ve read tons of bl with soft-spoken ‘naive’ mc’s like the one here but they’ve always felt one-dimensional so I thought I just didn’t like this type of character. Reading this comic, I’m realizing that that isn’t the case at all. I really like the mc and I find his soft, affectionate nature to be endearing. Very excited to see more!!

I’ve been reading more shounen ai’s recently and tbh seeing a sex scene already in chapter 4 was a lot. I don’t really think it was necessary and I feel like there are other ways to escalate the situation instead of straight up sex.

edit: For an actual review, it’s decent. It’s heartwarming and I’d probably rate it higher if I was in like middle school. I wish they could’ve shown the mental toll and trauma all these events caused the two mc’s but instead it’s just flowery confession scenes and badly-timed jokes like SPOILER (your mom just died and ur blushing and joking around gurl what??) It was worth the one-time read and it is a very endearing story but it’s pretty shallow.
