What is your opinion on omegaverse?
Do you love or hate it? As a woman, man, gay, nonbinary, does the concept of men getting pregnant in a *fictional* story is something that puts you off?
I used to love them... Like u know seeing a couple broke bcz of not being able to have child is very sad... So I was well at least here they'll be happy... But, omegaverse is used fr romanticizing ra**.... Which is very disturbing... Not all of them tho... So, I like the fluffy ones since it can a breath of air...
No it doesn't put me off, there are many couples who doesn't have babies whether they are m&w in case of infertility and in m&m,or w&w it isn't possible due to nature of creation even if they want one .so in this fictional world if it is possible then I am not against it rather it is blissful to see people happiness even if it is in mangas.
i lowkey hate omegaverse bc it romanticizes r*** and it’s so similar to a radical version of a patriarchal or discriminative society that can sometimes be seen in real life today. although i like the ‘soulmate’ concept of omegaverse have been able to find some good or decent ones that don’t involve r*** or reduce the omega to just a birthgiver, one of the reasons i like bl/gl is bc it reduces the power unbalance that can be seen in some straight stories. omegaverse kinda takes away from that so i feel like it’s kinda pointless. (again just my opinion feel free to disagree (●’◡’●)ノ
Mmm, Personally I have mixed feeling. I like omega verse because it makes all type of relationships possible and add the fact they can have babies, but in their own way they also restrict it cause of the alpha x omega a thing where it almost makes it impossible from it to be alpha x beta and the others.... Also ra** is a very focused point in omega verse as well as fate mates which is quite disturbing. I, personally, prefer if they can choose who they want to date and things like that... There are multiple points to take in when thinking about his, so I will say this again, I have mixed feeling on it. I'll read it, I'm fine with that, as long as it's not ra**. I guess...
Just imagine that there's a person who wants to date you and they seem genuine but this person used to live a promiscuous lifestyle that you didn't know about, and you find out they have baggages from that old life (keeping in contact with people they've slept with) that they're keeping from you, what is your take on this?
Well I think there's need of communication. Keeping in contact with past partners isn't completely wrong unless they are cheating behind your back. Maybe they don't want to tell you cause they feel you might misunderstand? A person can change with time, so I would say just talk it out.
Also, this sounds so similar to the plot of Love me Doctor (it's a BL). You might check it out maybe that will answers some of your questions.
Definitely communicate with them. They might be worried that you’ll judge them or hate them for it, so just be as open and understanding as possible. Communicate how it makes you feel honestly.
And also, I know this can be awkward to talk about but you definitely want to make sure they’ve been tested for STDs and are clean before engaging in anything sexual with them. In can be an uncomfortable and delicate conversation, but your health and safety comes first.
For me, it's okay if that person have a history.
I mean yeah, people can change. But if I found out that he/she did the same shit behind my back when we're supposed to be going out, I would immediately leave his/her ass. I'm totally a vanilla type of person, I don't wanna share them with another.
And keeping in contact with the ex..?
I would trust him/her.
I just don't trust the ex.
The day I come across a manhwa where the MC isn't getting the short end of the stick with this typical plotline: [gets mistreated, 1 chapter of fun, gets mistreated again, the partner says sorry, the mc forgives him easily as if he didn't go through hell] is the day I will say that Korean cis women authors, to whom it may apply, can actually write a story of gay people that isn't mirrored on their concept of straight relationships.
(within the plotline is their stereotypes of how tops and bottoms should act and behave)
This isn't related to manga or manhwas but I'm hoping other scholars who read manhwa and manga and manhua can see this because I'm desperate now.
If I want to assess the potential threat of cyber terrorism to the aviation industry of a state (consider 5 aspects: knowledge, awareness, vulnerabilities, response and impact) and have the officials (from the aviation industry) and experts (security experts) as my participants in hopes of providing a literature to contribute to helpjng decision-makers, policy makers to make policies or countermeasures to the threat of cyberterrorism in the future
What design and methodology can I use under a qualitative study?
I'm supposed to be discussing this with a supervisor, but due to the college's curriculum, we were left behind, and no supervisor has replied to my inquiries yet. So I'm hoping to get a good idea.
I know this is dumb but I really need the opinion of other scholars. Thank you so much.
Post covid there’s been an exponential increase in cyber terrorist and aviation systems are no exception. And I feel like this isn’t well known around the world. After reading this blog of yours I looked up some information and it’s crazy how this is an international thing. This just shows how the advancements in technology can both help AND harm us. I feel like interviews/blogs can really help you understand the response and impact portion of this study. And news reports/ verified articles could also help you on the knowledge, awareness and vulnerability sections. You could even try talking to someone at your local airport to get a more in depth response.
I hope this can help you if not then oh well I tried lol
I'm not sure how much I can speak to your field, but I believe the first step is to do a literature review. Judging from your 5 aspects, it sounds like you've already done a fair bit of that? Within each aspect, perhaps you could do an even deeper dive, if it's well studied. Otherwise, maybe the way to approach it is through an argument of why it is important? Perhaps you'll be able to find a lot of primary sources on this topic and compile them into your own findings. I think the previous comment pretty much covered that too.
Thank you for your insight. Does a pure qualitative design fit this?
Thank you so much (/TДT)/
