    Not a translator myself but from what I've heard a lot of them use photoshop or ibis paint. photoshop is good for typesetting and such. as for cleaning maybe ibis paint and other digital drawing platforms. ik u can use an extension to extract the images from the official manhwa sites to get good quality images. again tho, im not a translator so take my advice with a grain of salt (￣∇￣")
