Hmm as messy as this was written I get it now. So probs Ella was really just good friend of ML and really had no feelings for him whatsoever. Either he was probably chosen by the village to be the princess bec of his unrivaled beauty despite being a man or ML just decided to wife him up to protect him probably Ella might be abused by other guys or bec he is treated like a woman coz of his looks. So while at it ML helps Ella reincarnate whatsoever.
