I would prefer if Roman strengthened all his underlings properly before declaring this kind of war against an empire. I am okay if he moved solo or lone ranger but he’s involving a whole lot of people behind in this war. And right now everyone needs to depend on him or assuming that they can only buy him some time whenever they faced someone with higher skills. I hope they better have a good strategy though.

I think the unfortunate part is that Roman didn't have any time left. If he waited, Chronos and Valhalla would still try to attack again. They already surprise attacked once, they were bound to do it again. By declaring an official war, Roman can rally allies and effectively warn them that the war is inevitable. They either stand together or fall separately.
They did get stronger, just not enough to fight Chronos unfortunately

basically mc's memory is false: the message from the dungeon is that there are two options—either those who posses gaia skills enter and try to clear it (no time limit) but if they fail, the dungeon explodes and so all the monster get out into the real world, or they choose to destroy the dungeon but it reappears in 10 years. kangjin basically has a skill that can alter memories (this was his second time using it, so here's a hint of another memory being false), so the mc doesn't remember that he stayed behind. as the dungeon got destroyed, so did kangjin ☹☹☹

because that was one of the two options, either you destroy it for now but the great dungeon reappears in 10 years (like it's gonna appear now) or you attempt the black portal which only the ones with gaia skills can enter
tbh maybe he could've left, i'm not sure, but he was also tired of fighting and wanted to die, so i think that was the main reason he stayed behind. every survivor became suicidal at some point in the dungeon as the time went on, so i think he didn't even think about trying to escape it ☹☹☹

Iirc, in the first TL Woojin and Haesol had a sham of a relationship. Woojin asked for Haesol's co-operation to fool his step mom into thinking he is an emotional fool who is love-starved especially for his mother. Since Haesol looks like his biological mom.
ML neither hated nor had romantic feelings for MC until the moment MC died in front of him. That was the moment ML realized MC held more importance in his life than he thought. Also ML later says he didn't know what living like a normal person was after MC died. His only wish was MC could live a long and healthy life if possible.
And Haesol and MC's relationship hasn't been explored much just that initially MC created trouble for her after woojin announced they were dating. Haesol and MC would fight/bicker a lot. Haesol didn't seem to hate MC either but its not clear of she liked him but it is a possibility.
