I wanted to give a big and warm thanks to everyone who has helped me. and even the people who didnt- I just wanted to say most you people are so fucking kind hearted to the point you'd help a person you don't even know on the internet. you made me see this site in another light, I honestly thought people only logged onto here just to read some yaoi without even caring about anyone else- that maybe true for some people, but others? no, they fucking went out their way and posted so many methods I could feel better about myself, they even took from their precious time to write a full paragraph, full of ways I could look at things in another light. I wanted to say thank you so much, I truly hope that all of you are happy in someway, again, thank you. I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.

I've been feeling so sad recently and idek why, it just happenes. I guess it's because I got exams and I'm very worried but I don't think that would actually make someone sad to the point they'd cry for no reason. anyone got advice?? thank you for reading.

Long periods of stress can cause depression. Does your school have a counseling center?

Thank you for caring enough to comment on this. but sadly we don't, and I'm not really open with my feelings you can say.

Dont procrastinate and cover up all your portions beforehand. That way some of ur stress will reduce.

Don't be afraid to take a break from revising. Too much and you could lower your chances of passing due to stress. So if you feel like you need a break take one. A balance between free time and studying is best.

    DaisiesAndLilies May 26, 2017 3:54 pm

Okay, so if you aren't open to counseling, the first things to try are:

    1. Get enough sleep every night.
    2. Exercise.
    3. Don't skip meals. Make sure your blood sugar never gets low. And make sure you are meeting all of your nutritional needs.
    4. Meditate 20 minutes a day.
    5. Make to-do lists, and designate items to be done now and later. When you finish the items for the day, having them on the list and a plan to get it done makes you worry less about everything you haven't done.
    6. Designate time for yourself to do things you enjoy, and remember that you deserve "you" time.
    7. Reduce or eliminate all caffeine and alcohol consumption.

    Hope you feel better!

Yes meditation is really helpful so even i will suggest that

    FJ-Anya May 26, 2017 4:39 pm

Just know that alcohol and hurting yourself won't solve anything! Try to venture, walk around your town or something. Being surrounded by other's dopamine (chemical released by brain with makes you happy) allows you to release dopamine as well, so try hanging around others, like your friends or just being in a building with strangers!

Hmm, if you need to talk about anything try finding someone you really trust. If talking to people is too scary, try writing a feelings journal. It can feel a bit weird doing it but it may or may not help.

Balance study and free time, don't just study or you will only feel stressed. Same if you only procrastinate.

I agree with the above comments to sleep/eat/drink well and routinely. (Funny how I give advice I don't follow lol)

If you want to talk, but not to someone you know, I don't mind if you want to private message me (You can do that through this website or through email, I don't mind). But only if you want to, don't feel pressured.
Someone did this for me on this website when I was feeling a bit down as well, and it honestly helped because I didn't have to fear of people judging me or finding evidence of my thoughts (that's why I don't write diaries).

    shio May 26, 2017 6:39 pm

thank you all so much!!! I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. I don't know what exactly happened but as soon as I posted this I began sobbing and it lasted for about two hours. my parents somehow heard me and are trying their best to help. I highly appreciate all of your efforts. thank you all so fucking much. you people are so kind to the point you'd help a person you don't even know on the internet. I truly hope all of you are happy. again, thank you so much.

There's a ton (not here for some reason?) For me I can only like BL couples if it's canon or if neither guy ends up with anyone and it's left open for interpretation. Throw a girl into the equation (Hinata, Sakura) and I can't do it because I keep remembering the girls.

shio May 10, 2017 11:48 am

I'm looking for a yaoi manga where the uke gets mistreated alot by the seme and is super sensitive. any suggestions will do, thank you. <3
