I don't remember well and I don't know where you arrived, but the main plot was that the emperor sided with Medea and they almost managed to trap the evil prince, but the fucking empress decided that no way her sweetie patootie of a child could actually be evil, he was just lost. So basically she hindered Medea's plan, causing her own husband's death (planned by the prince) and only then she realized that maybe her dear children was actually a devil, but even so she still took the blame of the emperor's death instead of blaming Eros. Then Medea got blamed of something in the court so Eros took her as a prisoner, but in reality he took Medea with Psyche inside. I don't remember how, but he discovered that they could switch bodies and he forced Psyche to use her power in Medea's body while torturing her, successfully managing to steal some of her power. Then Medea promised to become Eros's empress and he released Psyche and they switched back bodies.

So basically everything was actually going right, but the frigging empress had to be blind as hell and excuse her son's psychotic behavior.

Now everyone is doomed :)
Medea has no plan anymore, apart from somehow using the fact that Eros is very much in love with her and has stopped pretending he isn't.

Ah and Eros's plan is to become a God.
He is sided with the pope, but apparently the god that switched Medea and Psyche, that the pope prays for and that favors Eros is actually evil and loves seeing people suffering.
When the empress died she made a psychotic speech about how Eros was born from her so he would forever be human and he reaaaaaly hated that speech ahha

I'm not that sure about romance honestly. Sometimes Elio appears and it's clear that he loves Medea and maybe Medea loves him too? There were a few scenes that made everyone think that we would finally have some romantic progress between them, but Medea always backtracks halfway.

Mhh I've notice a worsening of the art only in the last chapters. Up to the point when the empress was still alive, the art was still cool. It seems an issue only of the last chapters, before it was fine, but I don't know what happened.

Ah and I forgot to tell you about Medea's family.
I have no memory whatsoever about what happened to the father. He is dead, but I don't remember how and why. But after his death Medea had to fight to be unknowledged by her distant relatives and she basically humiliated all those who opposed her (it was cool as hell). She even participated in a tournament where each family was a group and to win she fisrt defeated those in her family who wanted to see her fail and then the other groups. I think that part is one of the highlights of the webtoon, because back then there was still "hope" and Medea was moving forward chapter by chapter towards that objective. But it's during that tournament that Eros suspects for the first time of Medea and Psyche switching bodies.
Then there is Medea's mother, who was in coma and in general a very bad person who hated Medea. She woke up recently but looks a bit insane. There isn't much to say about her.
Instead Medea's brother came back
And he is a very good person who supports and loves Medea <3

I apologize for not talking about Psyche. I love her character, but I don't remember much. There was also a terrorist attack organized by Eros at a certain point that Medea almost managed to foresee (it was a 50-50 for Eros-Medea, no one won, but it was at a time in the plot when Medea was going forward in her plans so it was still somehow a win)
Everything else is kind of foggy and I just realized that a loooot of things happened actually hahaha
But all this stuff was before the events of my previous comment about the Medea-empress fallout that made everyone despair because suddenly we have just a depressed Medea, a depressed Psyche, an overpower Eros and no plan anymore T-T

I guessed that there will be many things happening as there are more than a 100 chapters , we can't mention everything Here (⌒▽⌒)you explaining the major events is already a big help. I guess I'll pick it up for a while because of the art and some progress being made for medea (although they fail later)
