I wanna read some good story, not necessarily yaoi. I want to see a fluffy healthy relationship with development, that is not just "fuck me every chapter", but that they actually show me how they fell in love and stuff. Lately every manga I read is so stressful and pure lust and im tired of that.

Okay it has smut in it, but its really really good smut because its like earned, if you know what I mean.
Its called Blue Sky Complex and its one of my personal favorites. Its slower paced and its really cute and for me and I like them together even without the smut.
There is another slow paced one, and I cant remember what its called, but I reread it recently. I dont remember if it has smut in it, but it mainly revolves around a slower developing relationship. Its about two guys who ride on the train together every morning and eventually become friends. Ill re-comment if i find it

While romance is not the complete primary focus, "King's Maker" is a pretty darn good one. Of course since the beginning is with two boys no older than 14, sex and lust between them is rather iffy, but you can see how well the two compliment one another as they grow and mature.
