OMG i just unlocked chapter 49 and shit went down!! We will be back to the present timeline in chapter 50. Damn these updates are killing me and I dont even know on whose side i´m on anymore but after reading ch 50 I have a feeling the author wants us to be on Jesse´s side and is trying to make Law seem like a lunatic ┗( T﹏T )┛

Can someone explain-why was Jesse so afraid of letting people know he had that blood condition?? Even when they were still in Moritat, they made it into SUCH a huge deal, when Law pretended Jesse created Moritat JUST to hide the fact that Law had the condition. Like, it's a sad disease, but it's not TABOO or anything. That's one thing that keeps confusing me.

I kept waiting for them to kiss after that rainy hug. That would´ve been the most romantic scene out of all yaois combined, especially considering Law´s and Jesse´s love-hate relationship. A kiss like that would be very meaningful and memorable since we all know that everything is gonna go downhill from here. I can bet any amount of money that this author is a sadist.

Jesse´s mom has given Law consent to stay by her son´s side and is willing to give compensation for his loyalty and friendship so Law does not need to rely on his parents anymore for warm food and a roof over his head.

Jesse is the only person to have ever celebrated his birthday and is the only one who actually wants him. Now that his mother betrayed him completely, the place he wants and needs to go to is the Brown family. Law realized that is the only place he belongs and where he is wanted/appreciated without being treated like a slave. I highly doubt Law killed his own parents. No matter how ill-treated he was, he never gave any indication of wanting to harm them. My guess is that Jesse´s mom killed them.

At one point I understand law mother, nobody would want to see their child being obsessed over another child to the point where they barely get any sleep because they are waiting for a phone call so they can run regardless of how late it is to meet another child.

So her intentions of taking him away to some other country, I don't blame her however I don't agree with how bad she treated him in the past, never celebrated his birthday always putting pressure on him and never shown any caring or love of a mother was horrible but that isn't enough to kill your parents (if he killed her as we all predict).

As for Jesse, the tables clearly changed, before he used to control law now law controls him, he makes him do things he never thought of doing putting himself into such a humiliating state with just a few words, Jesse is being played by him.

Ahhhhhhh can't wait to see how it all unfold.

What a biotch. No wonder Law is messed up. Anyway, I see a lot of confusion in the comments. No need to make this story more complicated than it is. Everything in the colored pages was made up from splices of truth and falsehoods. Plus we had a very unreliable narrator. For sanity's sake treat everything in color as a dream and don't try to pick out the truth. Everything in black and white and what comes after IS the truth. That's what you trust. Basically forget everything that happened inside of Moritat.

If this were any other shounen ai, the beginning scenes never would have happened, they would both just confess now and live happily ever after, and I would be a lot less stressed out (づ￣ ³￣)づ. I want a happy romantic ending so badly, but I think its very unlikely we are going to get one ╥﹏╥. My heart can't take it but this story is just so damn good I have to know how they are going to go from here to wind up in moritat. As long as they don't wind up killing each other, I'll try to be satisfied, but even then this would still be one of the best shounen ai's I have ever read. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
