The story is nice, but I feel like I've read at least 2 other mangas with almost exactly same plot, I just don't remember them, has anyone else read those other mangas with similar plot??
One of them, I remember that one of the pair (seme I guess) was reborn again as someone younger, they met, and became a couple with huge age gap. The other one is much more similar, one of the pair had been in comatose period for a long time, and after he could move on, he woke up and they eventually found each other later.

Once again...it got turned into a big conflict in a manga...*Sigh* I rarely see such plot in BL novels from the western world authors though, 'cause there could be other things to get so worked up about right ╮(￣▽￣)╭ Not just communication failure, just because they're being way too indirect all most of the time and getting misunderstood so easily by it.

I like the art but I don't really like super arrogant dominant characters (like a seme). It makes me feel unconfortable although I really want to enjoy the story where the mangaka tried her best in putting music stuff.
