The manga was an isekai I think or at the bery least in a fantasy setting. It was also harem or at the very least a lot of people liked the mc. Also the people that liked the mc supposedly killed him or something(maybe he isekai’d into a game I am unsure). Also he was a noble or something cause he had servants and one of his maids liked him or something and killed him before. This time for sure ik this isn’t some random movie I watched so please help. Also it is not the one where some yandere(honestly just evil) little sister chases her older brother when he isekai to another place.
