Is mangago acting up for anyone else?

I had to login again just to answer this question. After each chapter I have to close the site and reopen it just to read another one, since it kept buffering. I thought my laptop was acting up cause it was overheating (it's not). I didn't notice until someone mentioned it, but earlier it said I had gotten 37 notifications. It struck me as odd so......
