I don't know if the manhua will be mpreg, but I know the novel is.
I only read the first two arcs and I am now waiting for more chapter translations. There's not much romance yet bc of the protagonists' traumatic shared past, but it's still really well written.
Idk if these tws apply to the manhua or only the novel, but there's discussion of rape (both the MC and ML are victims). I don't remember if there's human experimentation/human trafficking
