Every time I read delinquent manga involving high school/college students, there’s almost always no police involvement. I understand Yakuza, but heck this is bullying. Does this somehow reflect an aspect of Japanese (or even Korean) culture? I do know that bullying is rampant in both countries, but seriously, why the lack of police intervention even in the form of entertainment?
Or maybe it’s just a plot device, like when a guy see a stranger (guy) on a street passed out and instead of calling the police, they bring the stranger to their home instead? So instead of calling the police to resolve it quickly, they drag it instead for the plot.

I swear, I really really loved this manhwa when I was younger. This manhwa was the one that got me hooked to manhwas. I still love it even now but re-reading it made me realize that the ending was kinda rushed, no real justice has been served, and i don't see any hint of remorse from both the perpetrators. Like, a hint that someday, they'll change for the better. But no, nada, zero. [I've also re-read this quite a few times before the realization came]
The ending itself was frustrating and unjustified. Like, i'm seeing shit being brushed under the rug because there are no underlying reason why they did it that way. Heck, no one was held accountable. I do love the uke so much. And i definitely love the premise of this story. I'll probably just shut my brain and not think of whatever shit that’s not coinciding with anything whenever I re-read this because this is a good one. I just wished they have a few more chapters and the climax of the story wasn't done that way. It's like they did a great story dirty.
Okay, thanks for coming to my ted talk. [Me pretending someone read this long-ass rant of mine] Welp, gotta re-read while we're at it, I guess.
Why is the story jumping from one scene to another????
It’s not that the story itself doesn’t make sense at all, I’m just like “whaaa???” when the scene/mood changes so suddenly.
