I really want to see the best friend find love tbh like I find it sad how he's just having to watch the man he loves be with another man. I feel like they should have a side story on the best friend finding another person to love since there is no hope for his first love
I was so happy when the dad was Mr. Saito but then after I heard he died my heart just sank. I was so happy for tomoe because in the first manga you could tell tomoe liked Mr. Saito and he liked her so hearing they had a kid was great but then bam he dies ╥﹏╥ like man that really hurt my heart

We didn't see much of his development and what I saw was him admiring Ono as he used to admire his older brother until he discovered he was bi. He never actually apologized to Kazuma. And his attitude seemed kind of the same, the only reason he was behaving at all was because of Ono maybe. Maybe a side story would be okay if we actually get to see him growing the fuck up but given his last appearance here I'm not holding my breath for actual character development

I don't know how I feel about this manga. It was frustrating bc you can tell both the friends have feelings towards the lover in their own ways and knowing that jealousy can pop up and ruin that friendship/relationship frustrates me. Idk is it just me?
