In my opinion the Red riding hood was about a young girl seduced by mysterious man in the woods, despite her mom warning her not to wander off. Later, after she was already "eaten", her mom actually mentions about the danger that a young girl is exposed to. In one movie "The Company of Wolves" from 1984, the wolves are just a metaphor for young men preying on girl's innocence. In the manga here, I think the Red riding hood fell for the handsome stranger. He didn't technically rape her, because he asked her whether she understands what is the price for the flowers. Her reply "Got it" indicates she gives consent. (I wouldn't go into the way he manipulated her answer). So, in the end after she lost her virginity, she stopped wearing white anymore, as she wasn't a maiden. Knowing that she needs to feel again what he made her feel she ignores her mother's words again and goes back into the forest to look for him. I believe in the end he took her in and she never came back home.
