I remember seeing a site where someone had uploaded all the light novels - though not sure if they were letting people read them for free. I think I found it when I was trying to search for the web novel which apparently has more content than the light novels, but I didn’t succeed in that. Since I have already caught up to the light novels I didn’t bookmark this particular website unfortunately. Maybe if you try searching “apothecary diaries web novel English translation” - that might have been along the lines of what I searched for.

Fyi most of the content from the web novel translation has been locked iirc. The available one now is story arch that hasn't been released officially in english

If I'm remembering it right, this is a reverse harem.....of a sort. She has two bodies she switches around with. One with, YOU GUESSED IT, the adopted bro and another guy from a different territory. I steer clear of reverse harems, or harems in general, so when I found out this is the direction it was going (though I was already turned off without this), I stopped dropped and rolled my merry way. It's a mess for sure.
