i'm happy this is getting so much more recognition.
i read it some time ago, because of the section in "other manga by the same authors" on Ten Count and Seven Days.
After reading it, I check and It wasn't even on the last place of "Popular Manga" and i was like WHAAAAAAAT? HOW?!!! and now it's in the 3rd place, currently.
makes me so happy!!
Stop comparing this and ten count because are the opposite and totally different, and don't be so salty because what you like gained less popularity. And this one is older than ten count it's obvious that now all the attention is focused on ten count since it's her most recent work and still ongoing. :/
I'm not comparing them, they are completely different I agree with you. And this one happens to be the one I like lol. I dislike the fact that this one, in my opinion, has so much more beauty and Ten Count just kinda feels so much more focused on smut, and it sure did get more attention because of it. I'm not necessarily "so salty" as you put it, I'm just a bit sad but also glad because the author is now more popular and she deserves it- her art is gorgeous. I just was never a huge fan of Ten Count.
I remind you it's from the same author so, it wouldn't be very impressive for us to be "salty". This person (@lololol) is just saying their opinion, in which this manga is better than Ten Count because this seems to really focus on the boy's love or for whatever her/his reason is. It isn't very offensive to remind us that Ten Count gained more popularity, after all the acclaim and popularity is going to the same artist. However, it is sad for us to see this beautiful manga in which the artist focused more on the love, yes, she included smut but you can count it as a bonus/gift for the last chapters, not get enough recognition. It's just as sad as the fact that you decided to include the fact that this manga has less popularity when we clearly already know that.
Ten Count is still ongoing and it's a pretty great story, despite the fact that many people focus on the smut only - which of course some of the readers are the ones to blame, them and them alone. It is well developed in my opinion, the art is cute, and the theme is interesting. Some people like it better and others prefer other things, some prefer more love ~ and smut as a bonus *haha that's me i guess* while others prefer more smut and love as a bonus and it's ALL about opinions.
I think you both did wrong somehow, I know where you're coming from, it's not very respectful to dismiss Ten Count when it's such a good story or not giving it the credit it deserves, as well as it's not respectful for you to call other people names.

Basically, what happens in ch27 is this: After Siwon saves Jun, Siwon says he was so afraid of Jun dying. Jun asks if that's what he saw in the dream and apologizes for not believe him. Later Jun asks Siwon what he wanted to say to him. Siwon says that he wants to keep his promise and never leave Jun's side. Jun asks Siwon if he has the same feelings for him and Siwon says he's still a little bit confused. But Jun says that he's going to help him. After that they reach Jun's place. Siwon tells him that he's going to take a taxi home, and that he should no go out alone and call him of something strange happens. Jun offers him to stay over since the following week is their final project, so they can finish it during the weekend (it's Saturday).
The end (:
You guys calling Jinha disgusting and mean for the way he acts and keep bullshi**ing about him.
Don't you remember? He just wanted to get close to Siwon. He had real and strong feelings for him. Then outta nowhere he hears Siwon disparaging gay people and calling them disgusting.
Now how would ya feel? You gon be all lovely dovely? Fuck no. Not only that, I don't see you commenting about Siwon's mean actions and hurtful words as well? It all goes to Jinha.
The boy's got a heart. It's just currently broken, and the one person he's hoping to pick up the pieces for him is actually slitting it into even smaller bits.
Both of them are doing things wrong.
Personally, i have nothing agaisnt stories about dysfunctional relationships, as long as the author delivers them well. But this manhwa? Not so much. It keeps portraying jinha's mistreatments to siwon as romantic, and many readers agree with it. It's just wrong to romanticize things like that. That's what i don't like about this manhwa.
Did you mean; Every freakin shoujo series ever?
If Waje was really romanticizing Jinha's mistreatments to Siwon he would've made Siwon go straight down to his knees for Jinha. but Siwon defends himself when he feels like it and gets pissed off at Jinha's actions, which clearly shows there's no such romance in it. And if that's the case, which is not, why didn't you include Siwon's mistreatment in your comment as well? As I said, you people are just going against Jinha.
By the way, If you see any romanticizing in the mistreating it's either the readers' fault or you're doing it yourself, anyhow it's not much of the Author's fault (and i say "much" because he/she created the story so technically, there's a bit of his/her actions in there).
Gonna say this again cause it seems like yall need it..
All you ppl talking bad about the plot... dang guys! i know that it's all messy and complicated for some of you but just! you! wait!
It's not like it's super easy to become lovers. I get that many of you guys aren't that emotionally invested in the manhwa and/or you're just here for the love!, but if you could please just imagine this as a real life problem..
You are best friends with this person, you start developing a beautiful friendship and there's mutual love (platonically). you grow used to being with that person and they gradually become part of you and your life, someone special.. and suddenly that person goes away without a word and you don't know what you did wrong, you don't know why they left you, you don't know anything and you start wondering if you'll ever even get to see this person again.
then, you meet him/her after over 10 years and that person turns out to like you (and not just as friends) and seems to not care about your friendship whatsoever, only talks to you for what they want, and you both can't communicate properly.
i mean!!! come on. have a little sympathy. it's not like Siwon can easily reciprocate Kang Jinha's feelings. More on if Jinha talks to him with harsh words most of the time instead of letting a conversation start, where they can talk about their thoughts and feelings decently!
Yes, the plot is going slow for those of you who are only here for the romance. But hold on, kiddo, the manhwa doesn't end here. Understand that this isn't just fluff.
Again.... Just! You! Wait!
I think people dont like the manhwa precisely because they want to read something with a real plot. This manga lacks of it--jinha treating siwon like shit (and most of the readers being okay with it), the unecessary dramas being dragged on and on, the cliche and overused side plot, the predictable "plot twists", and pardon me, shitty characterization. If ppl came here only for the "romance", i think no one wouldnt have problem with the manga bc the author keeps portraying their relationship as "romantic", eventhough it's actually dysfunctional. Just look at the high ass rating.
But since some of us actually want to read a manhwa with actual plot and quality... Well... We can't help but disliking this manhwa.
I respect your opinion.
However, you can see that the author isn't portraying them as romantic, at least not yet. So far it's more of a dramatic relationship and not stable. Half the people reading this manhwa would've probably stop reading it a long time ago if it wasn't labelled as shounen ai and if they didn't have a confirmation that later on there'll be romance. it's progressing/developing slow for some people's liking.
And the rating? It's high. It's noticeable.
But half of the readers are complaining about the manhwa, seeming to have a problem with every chapter that comes out, so my point is.. why you keep reading?
Another thing: It does have a plot. But, as mentioned previously, it has developed slow. It's kind of hard to see it as a real life problem but if you see it like that, you'll understand why there are so many problems between the characters. A lot of mangas/hwas start with a lot of drama until it settles down, yet I see people bullshitting this one more than usual, sometimes I even see more negative comments than positive ones.
To the people who want a story that goes straight to the love, without having drama, with "predictable plot twists" (which excuse me, but if they were as predictable as you say people wouldn't be so mad, upset and/or frustrated about the cliffhangers), supposedly "shitty characterization", and mostly if this is not your type of plot and character development, you're reading the wrong manhwa.
True, when shoujo and josei mangas display some fucked up stuff no one bats an eye but, when it's a yaoi everybody loses their mind. Seriously though have these people ever read some harlequin manga or sexist as fuck soft-core porn disguised as josei, Korean webtoons?
Thats why i dont read shoujo or josei man, too much shitty stuffs. Maybe ppl dont make much noise about them bc they already know shoujou and josei mangas are a lost cause lmao. But idk? Yaoi/ shounen ai webtoons are still pretty rare and i guess a lot of ppl are interested in them, so thats why they lose their mind when they find it not good enough for their standard
but every writer is different. they can't expect every manhwa/ga to have things how they please and like.
and the correct thing to do if they didn't like this manhwa/ga, or any manhwa/ga really, would be to get outta that place and never read it until they finally start liking something different... instead of leaving negative comments in most chapters. that's just plainly immature.
Then why do you keep coming back!? You don't get this plot so move on.
Thanks mate!!(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
Actually I think they're already out (in Korean at least), I saw them somewhere before...
my bad, i confused the chapters, thinking you were asking for 58.
but yes, it's out and here's the link to the raws: https://vallistafujoshi.tumblr.com/post/158351624003/blood-bank-raws-chapter-59
ps; it's very short!!!
um, excuse me. seems like the link i gave you only has part of the chapter.
here's the link to the complete chapter 59 RAW: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B2peJHtw_XAwSzdPYUd3eWZIYms
CH 58 IS OUT I REPEAT CHAPTER 58 IS OUT
only on lezhin tho XDXD
BUTTTTTTTT visit luna's raws on facebook, she'll post it either tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. it wont take long i know!(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
well... i can't really tell you that it's certainly going to come out in a specific amount of days, because it varies. but it normally updates every 7 days on lezhin (but only the raws are posted there) and you need to pay. however, as i mentioned on the main comment, there's a page on facebook called Luna's raws and she posts it not long after it's official release date; she either posts it on the same day it came out or 1-2 days after AND that's better since you don't have to pay.
for the translated version though, it varies even more! it depends on how much time the translators have... it all depends on the translator's time. it's their decision when to post it. sometimes not long after the official release, sometimes a week or more after it, so i can't tell you about the release of the translated chapters.
hope this somehow helps. sorry if it didn't. (⌒▽⌒)
All you ppl talking bad about the plot... dang guys! i know that it's all messy and complicated for some of you but just! you! wait!

Again.... Just! You! Wait!
I agree. But woah there, breath...
I bet some can't see it as a real life problem because there are no magic blue stones that can make people start randomly sharing dreams in real life... as far as I know (if there are, I sure want one!) Which makes it all the more understandable that Si Won's brain's overheating.
I get what you mean... But people are taking it as a real life problem in other aspects like that time Jinha started touching Siwon in the dream, they started saying how that was not okay, taking it as real life problem. But when they see Jinha being mad and angry and his relationship with Siwon not developing fast enough for the audience's pleasure or the fact that there seems to be an absence of romance, they start expecting the story to develop as some type of fluff. but if that's really what you want and expect, shouldn't you know there'll be things like one of the characters touching the other without permission? yk, to create more drama, more action, to go straight to the "point" some of the readers are so desperate for them to reach, something typical in a FLUFF.
Most people just go for what suits them right.
for everyone asking for raws: i think ch 58 hasnt come out, lezhin currently only has up to ch 57.
however, if you want to check every once in a while search for "luna's raws" on facebook (link: https://www.facebook.com/notes/lunas-raws/raws/673315539514248) btw scroll until you reach blood bank as she posts raws from other manhwas and mangas as well! there you can see the raws -which she posts short after their official release date- without paying!
if you want to confirm if a new chapter has come out go to lezhin https://www.lezhin.com/ko/comic/blood_bank.
hope this somehow helps
(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I think we have been spoiled with this manhwa since the original was published a lenghty time ago and the translation was fast and so we get multiple updates at a quick speed. Now we are all caught up, We are lost!
P : "after meeting him it feels like my life took a 360 turn"
Other guy: "that means.... that nothiNG CHANGED AT ALL. you illiterate bastard!"
AHAHAHAHA I COULDNT STOP LAUGHING AT THAT ONE
