I wish they had shown how it was resolved instead of just saying it was resolved in 2031. It was interesting to read though.
I just want to know when Phelps gets beheaded for her crimes. Also, the Emperor has severe trauma but why is he so persistent about loving Phelps? Does he end up with he queen?

According to the novel, this attempt of condemning Phelps will fail due to lack of evidence. But she'll try to kill the Queen again in her carriage. This time, the Queen's guards will kill all the mercenaries hired, and the Queen will pretend she has been wounded to show everyone evidence. The King himself heard Phelps and her maid discuss the plan so she'll be beheaded as expected. He used to be in love with her because she had also strong traumas in her childhood and only her could understand him. It turns out the King is a bastard and was harrassed and forced by his stepmother to kill his own mother without him knowing. From there on the King tries to win the Queen over by cooking sweets and stuff aaaannnd I stopped reading 'cause I thought it was getting lame (￣∇￣")

The emperor had apparently faked MC's health check up results in the beginning to have her marked as infertile. This gets found out later and she is publicly humiliated over it. This pains her for a long ass time and F"CK THE EMPEROR seriously
