Yo, if you're for a while you know that most people who do the translation are foregeins or have 2 nationalities. You also know that It comes from the respective original language the thing Manga/Comic you're reading come from. You also know that it's just a manner of speaking, and that in the respective language adding San or Nim at the end is a way to show respect. I can keep going if you want too but mostly if someone wants to use it, why not?
