The story is part of the same world/series by the author. The manga's are about brothers. One story follows the omega brother who was almost raped by his brother, the other story follows the alpha brother who almost raped his brother and how he's still traumatized/affected by that incident and barely talks to him. The story I'm looking for, takes place with one of the brothers whose an alpha away in university who keeps sleeping with his best friend whose also an alpha, and the brother is probably slowly turning into an omega and him and his best friend keep seeing each other. The last chapter I remember the two of them decided to have a threesome? foursome? and after the ordeal they slept with each other. The two are also really popular in university for being alphas.
