This comment confuses me greatly. We know rape is part of the plot, but we aren't supposed to like it. When I was reading one of my favorite books and the MC was forced to kill the woman he loved, it's a good story and was a crucial part of the plot, but I definitely DIDN'T like it.
Also we have no idea how it will end so your last statement has no basis.

What I was gonna say is, in my opinion I liked how there was a rape scene which made up the whole story but I dislike how it traumatized the brother. There are people out there who likes different stuff with different opinion. I know I'm not some freak but I like the plot. My last statement was very confusing since I didn't recheck, but some people hate the fact that the ending is going to be bad(or might be bad) so maybe they should just make up a ending or stop reading if it isn't to their soothing. ╮(￣▽￣)╭ Just my opinion, don't take it to seriously XD

I don't know. I guess I don't like the trauma mostly because the brother is accepting the step brother physically and not the mentally and the relationship is going very slow so... to be honest, the manga is causing me confusions in my mind but I somewhat still like the manga XD

Well it's not really supposed to be that way. It's not a love story. He hasn't even really accepted so much as he has submitted.

My family is as far as I can tell, not normal. So reading these twisted mangas, gives me the feeling that twisted isn't that unfamiliar or scary. And I can relate to haruki. That perhaps it's better this way. If nobody realizes, then nothing changes.
Now, i was confused and scared when it* happened because I was only 7 years old, but I told my parents, and I don't know if it sorted things out or just made things worse.
My grandparents didn't do anything about it even though it happened at their house. So probably half of the family doesn't even know what he did.
Nobody is seeking the truth.

So yeah those words hit me pretty deep...

And if you wanna hear what happened to him, well he didn't get punished for what he did, and cutting us off from the rest of the family (though we did that). Because he denied he has did it, and we didn't have enough so the case got closed pretty quickly. Apparently a 7 year old girl saying her cousin assaulted her, wasn't valid enough.

But enough about my poor back story.
What my point is, that this isn't one of my favorite manga because of the rape, but the manga as whole (if u can say that) The conflict is real, it's not something nonfictional, it's fucking real. It happens in the real world. Maybe not specifically this but it's far more relatable than falling in love with a stranger who for some reason just "raped" you and then turns out to be a hot demon prince from another world, who was escaped into the human world and currently looking for a queen (that'd be an awesome plot tho).

The constant rapes clearly traumatized the older brother. The whole thing is miserable. Some are into that sort of thing but I'm not. I just dropped it now at chapter 3.

Nah don't worry, you don't need to apologize or anything. What you said wasn't rude or disrespectful, cause the story is fictional and not reality. Nothing's bad about liking it. It's a free world, and your free to think and say whatever you want (that doesn't mean you have to be an ass (￣▽￣) ) What I think is that there's more to it than just the "hot stuff" in it.
