The genre is shounen ai (i guess?) where there's a toy shop full of talking stuffed animals and a silver haired manager, who is one of the main characters. (there's also a magician? but he's barely shown). The stuffed animals gets big if they don't have an owner, and the biggest one (a teddy bear, bigger than the manager) is the other mc. The teddy bear later turns into a human.
