Its a straight manhwa, it's probably historical? I'm not sure.
All i remember is that the mc is being abused by her family?
The sister of the mc is like set(?) to be married to the ml and maybe because the ml have bad reputations and so the mc got sent to marry him instead?
There's this one chapter where the ml found out that he was being abused and went to the mc's house to bring her back (i think) and there's a secret room where the mc was hidden? Then on a carriage going back to their home, probably, the ml noticed that the mc's arm is broken.

If i remember correctly when the ml's reputation got better the mc's family tried to frame the mc by saying that she intentionally pretended to be her sister so she could marry the ml.
