this dead beat dad mf...satan has a special place for him. fuck im so pissed. he is such a loser i cant stand him. he was hanging on a thread of redemption for me, bec i just assumed he had a different way of coping, but no its clear he didnt have an ounce empathy towards what mio is going through. i hope mio is able to recover her mental state to divorce him and tell his ass off for being such a prick. and i hope doubara can start hitting the gym bec that lowlife deserves a number on him. ffs i hope zesus makes an unlikely appearance and strikes lighting on him and burns him to a crisp.
everyone except for mc and her allies gets on my NERVE my blood pressure gets so high... like the actual audacity. is there not one morally grey person in this story? itd be cool if someone actually reflected on their actions, like a regular human. this story is just filled with a bunch of 12 year old sociopaths. but her revenge is satisfying so it keeps me invested.
the art is impeccable, but i cant stand how much the fl yells T_T
I mean she is clearly traumatized, and her past lives no one truly listened to her or believed her. In most cases people who have been traumatized in those circumstances tend to be louder in an attempt to make sure that their thoughts and feelings are heard. So it makes sense to me that she yells so often....
Anyways, rant over!!!
I absolutely adore this artist!! The art is beautiful!!!!
am i the only one that thinks that people are beefing way to hard rn over the scene. like damn... cant people just express their disappointment without somebody coming for their ass *cough *cough manhwa readers. im a manhwa reader, and i read the chapters where the scene between ruby and ceasare plays out just bec i was rlly invested, and i fully understand novel readers. it doesnt take one brain cell to think "hmmm, maybe i should check out why theyre all disappointed w the outcome" instead of being rude as fuck. you cant blame people for having high expectations for the most pivotal part of the story.
if you want me to explain in in simpler terms, imagine a high class chef is known for their steaks. you get the appetizers (earlier chapters) and theyre so good, but the steak (recent chapters) which is the main course is all burnt when it comes out. and youre telling me people dont have a right the feel disappointed and complain?
from what i remember, the little sister is actually the daughter of the maid/nanny that got fired. i forgot what she did yes shes evil(pretty sure she attempted murder on the mc), but the parents are the worst. they toss her aside now, and theyre basically repeating their actions towards the mc. like imagine being a kid not knowing whats right or wrong, then being tossed by the people who raised you terribly. i dont rlly blame her for how she feels, bec of how the parents raised her, her actions reflect the parents. is it so hard to just treat them equally? idk ultimately, i just hate all the adults in the story.
They are, and they mentioned stuff along the lines of "they are used to having her and pampering her, so that won't change" except yuan was so jealous of mc that she tried to create incidents and blame everything on her, creating the gap now. Of course, the family is so stupid to believe yuan. So now they are facing the result of their actions
whoever put the "slice of life" tag took it too literal
